Peaceful Magnolia Cottage House Manual. 1. Renters must include all of the guests (children, adults) that are staying in the Lake house. Owners insurance regulates the number of people that may be on the Premises (which is 8) Each additional guest that exceeds the limit will be charge $75 per night. 2. Please keep all food and drinks in the kitchen area. 3. Pets are not allowed. 4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Lake House. If smoking outside the house, please make sure all cigarette butts are disposed correctly. 5. Garbage needs to be put in the garbage bins located near the garage. Garbage bins need to be securely closed. 6. Espresso Machine. Use only bottled/canned water. No tap water. 7. Bed Linens. When leaving please leave all bed linens on beds. 8. Fireplaces. Please do not leave fireplace run unattended and make sure it is extinguished prior to leaving the premises. 9. Firepit/Outdoor Fire. Please make sure that any fire in the fire pit is extinguished prior to leaving the area for the day or night. No other fires, fireworks, lanterns, etc. are allowed anywhere on or around the property. This includes Chinese Lanterns. 10. Grill. Please clean grill and turn off gas supply after each use, if you move please always put it back at original place. Extra gas/propane tanks are located by the garage. 11. Sauna. Please make sure Sauna heater is turned off when not in use, it is STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO POUR WATER ON THE SAUNA HEATER. 12. Bicycle/Canoe/Life Jackets. All items must be returned in it’s original place. 13. Deck. Main floor deck is above ground. Watch children at all times. 14. Swing rope. When in use, must wear life jacket. The lodge offers a peaceful and relaxing get-away for single and multi-family outings and is just a short drive from Starved Rock State Park. The lodge sleeps up to 11 people in 5 bedrooms with 2 twin-sized beds each and 1 bedroom with 1 twin-sized bed. There are four full bathrooms each with a step in shower, sink, mirror and toilet. The living room includes several couches, TV/DVD player, 3/4 size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, large toaster oven and a dining area with table and chairs to seat up to 11. Guests staying in Higgins have access to a charcoal grill , a fire ring with benches and an outdoor sink. Each booking includes one small load of fire wood and fire starting supplies free of charge, additional loads can be purchased on site for a small fee. During the summer months guests staying in any of our three rental properties at the park will have access to our on site pool located just a short walk from the main building sites. Located in the ground level of the Pilgrim Park Conference Center just outside of Princeton Illinois. This listing includes an entire floor of our conference center which has three bedrooms, two dormatory style bathrooms, a lounge area with couches and tv/dvd player, dining room and a kitchenette. Each bathroom has three sinks, three showers and three toilets. Each bedroom has large sliding windows and six beds. The kitchenette has a full sized refridgerator, toast oven, microwave, sink and a single burner butane hotplate. The retreat center booking includes access to a firepit with picknic tables located just outside one of the entrances. Guests staying in any of our buildings also have access to Pilgrim Park's outdoor spaces. Villa is surrounded by beautiful wooded view and green landscaping. Inside, the Villa has 1800 square feet and is decorated with authentic log furniture. Villa has two gas fireplaces, a full kitchen, laundry, a soaking bath, a whirlpool tub, cable TV and free wireless internet. This a relaxing gateway for families or group of friends just beyond of Chicago. The main floor includes fully equipped kitchen, the full bathroom w/shower, laundry area (dryer and washer), and the living area with gas fireplace and TV/DVD. The sofa/futon in living area has a sleeper for 2 people. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The Master bedroom has a king bed and sleeper sofa/futon for 1 person, whirlpool tub and gas fireplace, TV and DVD player. The room is connected to a full bathroom w/shower.
